Is your product broken very quickly? Then we will gladly solve it for you. How this works depends a bit on the brand. Some brands and suppliers do it their own way. Check below to see if your brand is listed.

Warranty by brand

How do I request warranty?

Is your product defective or broken too quickly and do you want to make a warranty claim? Send us an email at service@dutchmudmen.com. Enclose a photo of the defect and do not forget to mention your order number.

What is the warranty period?

That depends a bit on the product and brand. Some brands offer a lifetime warranty, such as Darn Tough. Some brands have a period of two years, such as Salomon.

Please note that wear and tear is different from warranty. If you hang in the ropes at the survival club 3 days a week for a year and a half, it is possible that your shoes are subject to wear and tear. That will not be covered under warranty. If the sole falls out after three months, then of course it does.

I have a complaint

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail. This can be done by e-mail, regular post and/or telephone. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Foundation Webshop Quality mark to which Dutch Mud Men is affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase agreement during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without stating reasons. Use the form that is attached to our general terms and conditions . Dutch Mud Men reimburses all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
